Grand Prize Award (maximum 1 prize award): The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall receive: $10,000.00 awarded in the form of a prize check made payable to the winner in the amount of $10,000.00. Approximate retail value (ARV) of the grand prize award: $10,000.00.

First Prize Awards (maximum 20 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a first prize winner shall receive one (1) Stirrings Cocktail Kit with an ARV of $80.00 and shall include:

· One (1) mixology tool kit

· One (1) pair of cocktail glasses

· One (1) Stirrings cocktail mixer (does not contain alcohol)

Second Prize Awards (maximum 108 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a second prize winner shall receive one (1) Fireball-branded holiday sweater. Actual size solely determined and designated by Sponsor. ARV of each second prize award: $25.00.

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all available prizes is $14,300.
