Prizes (20): Each winner will receive one case of Sponsor’s product
(Grandma’s Cookies) each month for a total of twelve months and one cookie jar. Each case shall contain thirty-one mixed bags of Grandma’s Big Cookies and Grandma’s Mini Cookies. ARV of each prize (in total, 12 cases and one cookie jar): $550.00.
Total ARV of all prizes is $11,000.00.

Open only to legal residents of any of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia, who are eighteen years of age or older (nineteen years of age or older if a resident of Alabama or Nebraska) with a valid US driver’s license or government issued photo ID at the time of entry.

Limit one entry per day per person/mobile phone number/address,
regardless of entry method.

MAIL-IN: To enter without sending a text message, hand print your first and last name, complete mailing address (no PO Boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, and email address on a 3” x 5” index card or piece of paper and place your entry into an outer-mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and mail it to: 2023 Grandma’s Cookies For a Year USG Sweepstakes, PO Box 2334, Addison, TX 75001 to be postmarked by November 30, 2023 and received by December 7, 2023. Limit one mail-in entry per stamped-outer envelope.
