(9) Prizes; (1) Prize will be awarded to each Winner. Each Prize will consist of a trip for Winner and up to three guests to Las Vegas, NV. Each Trip will include the following: roundtrip air transportation for Winner and Guests from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s place of residence to a major airport located in Las Vegas, NV; two nights’ hotel accommodations for Winner and Guests in one Pyramid Two Queen room at Luxor Hotel and Casino, located at 3900 S. Las Vegas Boulevard, Las Vegas, NV 89119; roundtrip transfers for Winner and Guests in Las Vegas, NV between the airport and Luxor Hotel; $500 spending money; and four tickets for Winner and Guests to attend the America’s Got Talent Las Vegas Live show, scheduled to take place on various dates and at various times between March 4, 2023 and October 31, 2023 at the Luxor Theater, located at Luxor Hotel. ARV of each Prize is $4,785. ARV of all Prizes is $43,065.

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), who are twenty-one years of age or older, and of the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
