(3) Grand Prize Winners will receive: a five day/four night trip for the Winner and one guest. Trip includes:
Round trip air travel for Winner and one guest from the closest major U.S. airport to Winner’s residence served by Southwest Airlines® to/from one of the following five destinations: Chicago, IL, Maui, HI, Nashville, TN, Palm Springs, CA, or Washington D.C. ARV: $800.
Four night’s hotel accommodations (one standard double occupancy room) at a hotel selected by Sponsor.
$2,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check made payable to the Winner) that the Winner can use towards ground transportation, meals, activities, etc. ARV: $2,000.
If a Winner is from Alaska, North Dakota or South Dakota, he/she will receive $1,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check) for transportation to/from the closest major U.S. airport to the Winner’s residence served by Southwest Airlines.
Total ARV of each Grand Prize: $6,800.00.

30,000 Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards bonus points
Total ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: $361.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $22,927.00.

A Nominator is someone who is a legal resident of the fifty United States or District of Columbia (18) years of age or older at the time of nomination and who wishes to submit an Entry about a Teacher into the Contest. Parents may enter on behalf of their children who are under 18 years old.
A Nominator may enter more than one Nominee so long as each entry is a separate Entry and meets all entry requirements.
