Each Las Vegas Prize ("Prize") is comprised of: Roundtrip coach airfare for verified winner ("Winner") and one (1) approved guest to Las Vegas from a major U.S. airport closest to Winner's residence, two (2) nights hotel accommodations to be determined by Administrator in its sole discretion; and entry as a Celebrity Foursome (foursome to be comprised of the two (2) Winners and each of their approved guests) into the Leap Celebrity Invitational at Reflection Bay Golf Club on October 23-24, 2022, including access to on-course contests for a chance to win great prizes, breakfast each day served at the Reflection Bay Golf Club, lunch and snacks served on-course each day, one (1) player gift package per player, and two (2) VIP credentials per player (two (2) for the Winner and two (2) for his/her guest) for access to event parties/functions on Sunday, October 23, 2022 and The Champions Reception at Reflection Bay Golf Club. (Total Approximate Retail Value per Prize (with variances dependent on travel): $6,500 USD.

If the Prize is not provided within one (1) year due to unavailability as a result of unforeseen events, a $500 alternative prize or similar equivalent will be provided in Administrator's sole discretion. Moreover, Winner may choose an alternate cash prize of $2,000 USD in lieu of the Prize as described above.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older and the age of majority in applicable jurisdiction as of the date of entry.
