One (1) grand prize will be awarded. Grand prize winner will receive four (4) trips to wineries (each a “Trip”), items valued at $500 and up to one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) subject to the limitations set forth below.

Each Trip will be a 7-day / 6-night trip to one or more wineries. Destinations and wineries include Cremaschi Furlotti (Chile), Cantina Etrusca (Italy), Radford Dale (South Africa), and Château de Monbazillac (France). Destinations are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Each Trip includes the following for the grand prize winner:

· Round-trip flight from major city nearest winner’s home to city near selected winery;

· Ground transportation to and from airport and to and from winery in the Trip city;

· Hotel room for winner for six (6) consecutive nights at accommodations selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion;

· $700 for spending money and incidentals and;

· Participate in Wine Insiders scheduled activities and events

During each Trip winner will be required to create original content including video and still photography at scheduled Wine Insiders events. Once winner has completed all required items for a Trip, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion, the winner will receive twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). If a winner misses a Trip or does not complete what is required of them on the Trip, winner will not receive the $25,000 for that Trip, but will still be eligible to go on other Trips and receive the payment for completed Trips. If the winner goes on all four Trips and completes what is required of them, winner will receive the maximum $100,000.

Approximate retail value of grand prize is $119,300.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (and the District of Columbia) who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Limit of one (1) entry per person for the Contest, throughout the entire Contest Entry Period.

Submit a link to a YouTube video explaining why you should be selected as the Ultimate Insider (the “Video”). The completed online entry form provided on the Website and the Video is collectively the “Submission.” Video must not exceed one (1) minute in length but it is recommended that the Video be at least :30 seconds. When you successfully upload the Submission, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

You must have your YouTube profile settings as PUBLIC to enter your Submission.
