One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of a trip for winner and winner’s guest to one (1) 2022 NFL regular season game in either Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, or Tennessee (the “Game”). Trip consists of round trip coach air transportation (from gateway city nearest winner’s home), double-occupancy, standard hotel accommodations (one room) for two (2) nights, two (2) Game tickets, one (1) $500 Walmart Gift Card, and one (1) $500 prepaid debit card. Gift card terms are subject to the card holder agreement. See Grand Prize Conditions below. ARV of Grand Prize is $4,000.

One thousand six hundred sixty-nine (1,669) 1st Prizes will be awarded (one [1] per Participating Store), each consisting of a One Hundred Dollar ($100) Walmart Gift Card. ARV of each 1st Prize is $100. Total ARV of all 1st prizes is $166,900.

The ARV of all Prizes is $170,900.

Open to individuals who are legal U.S. residents residing in Alabama, Arkansas, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Mississippi, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia or West Virginia (“Eligibility Area”); are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age or older for AL) at time of entry.

A maximum of one (1) Entry per Entrant per day during the Sweepstakes Period will be accepted, regardless of the method of entry (i.e, Eligible Purchase Entry or Mail-In Entry).

Mail-in Entry: To enter without making a purchase, hand print your first and last name, complete mailing address (no PO boxes), daytime phone number, date of birth, email address and the Participating Store number nearest your residence (participating store list can be found at www.pepsigamedaypromo.com/stores) on a 3”x5” index card or piece of paper and place your entry into an outer-mailing envelope with proper postage affixed and mail to: Pepsi Gameday Sweeps at Walmart, PO Box 2334, Addison, TX 75001, to be postmarked by October 15, 2022 and received by October 22, 2022 (each a “Mail-in Entry”). Mail-in Entries received without a Participating Store number will not be included in either random drawing and considered ineligible. Limit one (1) Mail-in Entry per stamped-outer envelope.
