One (1) Grand Prize:

The Grand Prize will receive a trip for two (2) to Las Vegas, Nevada for iHeartRadio Music Festival.

Round trip, coach, air travel for one (1) winner and one (1) eligible guest from the major airport nearest the winner’s residence (as determined by the Sponsor) to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, Nevada;

Two (2) nights (one room) standard double occupancy hotel accommodations for the grand prize winner and one (1) guest in Las Vegas, Nevada determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor;

Ground transportation to and from the Las Vegas airport and the destination hotel;

Two (2) tickets to both nights of iHeartRadio Music Festival; and

Two (2) Daytime Stage tickets.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $5,000

Open only to individuals who (i) are legal residents of the 50 states of the United States or the District of Columbia, (ii) who are 18 years of age (or the age of majority in the entrant’s state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry.
