Prizes (14 total; 1 per Division): Each winner will receive
“Groceries for a Year” awarded in the form of Albertsons Companies gift cards totaling $5,200.00. Gift cards may be given in smaller denominations to total in aggregate $5,200.00.
For United Division winners, United gift cards will be awarded in lieu of Albertsons. Total value of all prizes is $72,800.00.

For Shaw’s and Mid-Atlantic Divisions: The Sweepstakes begins on May 20, 2022 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on July 14, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
For all other Divisions: The Sweepstakes begins on May 18, 2022 at 12:00:01 a.m. ET and ends on July 12, 2022 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET.
MAIL-IN: To enter without making a purchase, hand print your first and last name, complete mailing address with zip code, daytime phone number and email address on a 3” x 5” card and mail in an envelope (with the name of your Division written on the outside of the back of the envelope), to: Ultimate Grocery Giveaway, PO Box 2334, Addison, TX 75001, to be postmarked by July 12, 2022 (or July 14, 2022 for Shaw’s and Mid-Atlantic Divisions) and received by July 21, 2022. Each mail-in entry must be mailed in a separate hand-addressed, postmarked envelope. You MUST include the name of the Division into which you are submitting an entry on the back of the outer-mailing envelope in order for your mail-in entry to be included in a random drawing. Additionally, if you live outside of a Division’s Corresponding State, your mail-in entry will be placed into the
Division drawing for the nearest Division (based on your zip code), regardless of the name of the Division you wrote on your envelope. Limit one mail-in entry per stamped-outer envelope.
