Prize Details
One (1) grand prize will be awarded (the “Grand Prize”). The Grand Prize winner will be awarded one (1) trip (“Trip”) for the Grand Prize winner and up to one (1) guest (“Guest”) as described below.
The Trip includes the following for the Grand Prize winner and Guest:
Grand Prize winner will be able to select a trip to Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami or New York City, and the corresponding concert date in that city.*
Round trip economy-class air transportation for up to two (2) people from a major airport near Grand Prize winner’s home (as determined by the Administrator in its sole discretion) to the Grand Prize winner’s selected City (Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami or New York City). Grand Prize winner will be responsible for all ground transportation.
(2) tickets to a Shawn Mendes concert in the selected city, during one of the specified dates below.
Hotel accommodations, room and tax only, for up to two (2) people in the form of one (1) standard room (double occupancy) at a hotel in the selected City (Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami or New York City) (specific hotel and room to be selected by Administrator in its sole discretion) for three (3) consecutive nights; and
Five hundred US dollars ($500 USD) in spending money. The $500 will be provided to the winner via a cash gift card.

Approximate retail value (ARV) of the grand prize is $5,000 USD.
The potential Grand Prize winner may elect to receive instead of the Grand Prize, a cash alternative in the total amount of $4,500 in full satisfaction.

Rules
Open only to legal residents of the United States (including Guam) and Canada. Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (nineteen (19) in Alabama and Nebraska).
