(3) Grand Prizes: The winning Entrant will receive $500, awarded as a check, the Teacher who is the subject of the winning Entry will receive a one year supply of Duck Brand product, awarded as Duck Tape Product with an ARV of $1,000 and the school district or entity responsible for the management and administration of the school in which the Teacher teaches will receive a $5,000 donation, awarded as a check. Total ARV of all prizes is $19,500.

Must be legal residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C., who, as of date of entry, are 18 years of age or older.
Eligible teachers must be currently employed as a teacher or teaching assistant in either pre-school, day care, or grades K-12; including home schools, in a school district that is an accredited operating public, private, religious, charter and after school/community program or a home school arrangement in compliance with home school education requirements in the state in which the Entrant resides, located within the 50 U.S. and D.C., as defined by the U.S. Department of Education.

Entrants may submit multiple Entries to nominate multiple Teachers, however, each Entry must be unique and Entrants may only nominate a single Teacher one time.

Nominate a Teacher who has gone above and beyond and made a positive impact on their school and/or community.
