One (1) National Grand Prizewinner will receive the following: A Prize of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000) which may be awarded as cash, cash equivalent, or gift card to Prizewinner.

LOCAL CAT RESCUE DONATION: A One Thousand Dollar (US $1,000) donation to a local cat rescue (each a “Rescue”) in the National Grand Prizewinner’s designated market area (DMA) will be made by Sponsor in the name of Prizewinner (the “Donation”). The Donation may be awarded to the Rescue as cash, cash equivalent, or gift card as determined by Sponsor. For clarity, Sponsor will make the Donation directly to the applicable Rescue in the name of Prizewinner.

Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the National Grand Prize: One Thousand Dollars (US $1,000.00).

TOTAL COMBINED ARV OF PRIZE AND DONATION: Two Thousand Dollars (US $2,000.00).
