The Grand Prize. Winner will receive a custom tiny home created by Modern Tiny Living up to $130,000 USD in value (the “Grand Prize”).
Any Taxes or Fees Covered: The Grand Prize will be delivered with applicable United States (“US”) sales tax and shipping fees paid. The Grand Prize will also include an additional cash payment of 25% of the ARV, excluding any cash component of the Grand Prize, for Winner to use to pay required US income taxes.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $130,000.00 (USD)
