(1) Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for two to the Artist’s concert at Bonnaroo 2021 in Manchester, Tennessee on Saturday, September 4, 2021, consisting of: if the winner’s residence is more than 200 miles outside of the Destination City, then the prize will include round-trip economy flight for the winner and his/her guest, leaving together from the same gateway from a U.S. airport within 50 miles of winner’s home to an airport within 50 miles of the Destination City; or, if the winner’s residence is 200 miles or less from the Destination City, the Flight will not form part of the prize and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will arrange for ground transportation for the winner and the guest between the winner’s residence and the Destination City (Approximate Retail Value: $800); three nights of hotel accommodation in or around the Destination City at a hotel for the winner and his/her guest based on double occupancy (Approximate Retail Value: $1000); two Saturday-only VIP tickets and shuttle pass to Bonnaroo 2021 on Saturday, September 4, 2021 (Approximate Retail Value: $873.60); and one Uber gift card in the amount of $200 (Approximate Retail Value: $200) (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value of Prize: $2,873.60).
