The Giveaway shall award one (1) Prize consisting of a four day/five night trip for two (winner and 1 guest) to the Bonnaroo® Music and Arts Festival (“Festival”) to be held in Manchester, TN from September 2 through September 5, 2021 (the “Grand Prize” or “Prize”). The Prize will include: (a) two (2) VIP 4-day Festival tickets for the Winner and one (1) guest chosen by the Winner, (b) roundtrip coach air transportation for both the Winner and their guest, (c) ground transportation to and from airport/hotel/airport while in Tennessee for both the winner and their guest; and (d) hotel accommodations (one-room, double occupancy) for four nights. Tickets are subject to availability, venue capacity, age and artist restrictions. Live Nation worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”) reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any Winner or Winner’s guest if: (i) Winner or Winner’s guest is, or is deemed by Live Nation or any venue/festival personnel, in its sole discretion, intoxicated or a safety risk; (ii) Winner of Winner’s guest has, or is deemed by Live Nation or any venue/festival personnel, in its sole discretion, having violated any venue/festival policy or law; or (iii) Winner or Winner’s guest may, or if Live Nation or any venue/festival personnel, in its sole discretion, deems that Winner or Winner’s guest may, bring Live Nation or Festival Holdings, L.L.C. into disrepute. Resale of tickets is prohibited. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,000.

Open to legal residents of the United States (excluding Alaska, Florida, Hawaii, Rhode Island, New York, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands and other United States overseas territories and military institutions) and the District of Columbia, prior to the Giveaway start date; and are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
