ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) guests (collectively, the “Attendees”) to his/her choice of Chuck E. Cheese locations within the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (collectively, the “Trip”) (ARV: $3,550.00). The Trip includes:

Round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Grand Prize Winner's residence to the major airport nearestthe selected Chuck E. Cheeselocation (as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion);

Three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (single room/quad occupancy/room and tax only);

One (1) two hundred-fifty dollar ($250.00) Chuck E. Cheese gift card (the “Promotional Card”).

FOUR (4) WEEKLY PRIZES:Each Weekly Prize Winner will receive four (4) Gold Level Chuck E. Cheese Summer Fun Passes (each, a “Promotional Card”) (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $359.96).

The total ARV of all prize(s) is $4,989.84.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Entries limited to one (1) entry per person per day (each an “Entry” or “Entries”) for the duration of the Promotion Entry Period.
