Two (2) Prizes Will Be Awarded. Each winner will receive two (2) tickets for winner and one (1) guest to a Cleveland Indians game at Sponsor's sole discretion, one (1) Cleveland Indians Prize Pack with contents to be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and one (1) year supply of Uncle Charley's product at Sponsor's sole discretion. (Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each prize: $1,000; total ARV of all prizes: $2,000.)

Open only to legal residents of the United States (including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions) and Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) (the "Eligible Territory") who are eighteen (18) years of age (except in the case of residents of jurisdictions where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years, such legal age of majority) or older at the time of entry.
