(1) Grand Prize consists solely of the First Place Entry being featured on the cover of the Toyo Tires Shutter Space Coffee Table Book, the First Place Entry being featured at Sponsor’s “Shutter Space Collaborative Car Meet & Automotive Photo Gallery” on August 28, 2021 in Costa Mesa, CA, a Pelican S130 Sport Camera Backpack in black, a Toyo Tires branded Pelican Vault V525 Rolling Case with Padded Dividers, a Pelican G40 Personal Utility Go Case in black, a Pelican 18 oz Bottle in black, exclusive Toyo Tires branded DSPTCH camera strap, t-shirt and hat, the opportunity for the Entrant submitting the First Place Entry to be a guest photographer for Toyo Tires during the 2021 SEMA Show on Friday, November 5, 2021, and at an exclusive photo shoot arranged by Toyo Tires on Saturday, November 6, 2021, the opportunity for the First Place Entry Entrant’s photography to be featured on Toyo Tires social channels, the opportunity to receive round-trip coach air transportation for the Entrant submitting the First Place Entry and his/her one guest between the major airport nearest to said person’s residence in the fifty United States and Las Vegas, NV between Thursday, November 4, 2021 and Sunday, November 7, 2021, and standard double-occupancy hotel accommodations for one room for three nights in Las Vegas, NV at a hotel; and a $500 gift card to assist with ground transportation costs in and around Las Vegas, NV. ARV of the Grand Prize $3,800.00.

(19) Finalist Prizes. Each Finalist Prize consists of the Finalist Entry being displayed inside the Coffee Table Book, the Finalist Entry being featured at the Event, a Toyo Tires branded Pelican Vault V525 Rolling Case with Padded Dividers, and exclusive Toyo Tires branded DSPTCH camera strap, t-shirt and hat. ARV of each Finalist Prize is $275.00.

Total ARV of all Finalist Prizes and Grand Prize is $8,800.00.

Open only to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico and all United States territories and possessions), who are eighteen years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen years of age, such legal age of majority) at the time of entry.
