Prizes: Five (5) prize packages with an Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of eight hundred and eighty-nine dollars ($824.00) will be awarded. Each consisting of the following:

One (1) Golf ball fitting with a local Titleist Product Specialist* (ARV $100)

One (1) Players 4 Plus Stand Bag (ARV $225)

Six (6) Dozen custom 2021 Pro V1 or Pro V1x golf balls (ARV $342)

One (1) Team Titleist Prize Pack (ARV $157)

The total ARV of all prizes is four thousand one hundred twenty dollars ($4,120.00).

Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
