Grand Prize (1): The “Grand Prize” consists of a trip for the confirmed winner and one (1) adult guest of his/her choosing to The School of Drift in Canby, Oregon for a drift experience (“Drift Experience”) on a mutually agreed upon date between August 2020 – December 2021, including: round trip, coach class air transportation for two (2) from a major commercial airport near the confirmed winner’s residence, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, to Portland, Oregon; three (3) days and two (2) night’s accommodations at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); and a $500 Visa® Rewards Card (“Rewards Card”) to use towards ground transportation to/from the airport, hotel, and/or Drift Experience and miscellaneous expenses. All travel must be completed by December 31, 2021. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,600.00.
First Prizes (100): Each “First Prize” consists of one (1) pair of Monster Energy® branded gloves. The ARV of each First Prize is $20.00. Total ARV of all First Prizes is $2,000.00.

Open only to legal and current residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States (and the District of Columbia), excluding Alaska and Hawaii (“U.S.”) who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at time of entry (or the age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is greater).

HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) ways to enter in the Sweepstakes (each “Entry”; collectively “Entries”):
A. Purchase Entry Method: During the Sweepstakes Period, visit an AutoZone retail location in the U.S. and purchase one (1) STP® Extended Life Oil Filter, one (1) Monster Energy® 16 oz. drink, AND one (1) five (5) quart bottle of Pennzoil Platinum® Full Synthetic OR Pennzoil Platinum® High Mileage Full Synthetic motor oil (the “Qualifying Purchase”) to qualify for one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes. All items must be purchased in a single transaction. Entrants who are enrolled in AutoZone Rewards (the “Program”) and provide their Program membership card or member ID number at time of purchase will automatically receive one (1) Entry in the Sweepstakes.
B. Alternative Entry Method: To enter in the Sweepstakes without making a purchase as set forth above in section 3A, an Entrant alternatively may receive an Entry by legibly hand-printing in black or blue ink on a 3” x 5” card his/her first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and daytime telephone number (optional) and mailing the card with first class postage affixed to: Pennzoil and AutoZone Ultimate Fun-Haver Sweepstakes, Offer #O1966, P.O. Box 809004, Houston, TX 77280-9921. Mail-in submissions must be postmarked by July 1, 2020 and received by July 15, 2020 to qualify for an Entry in the Sweepstakes.
