Offered only to legal residents of the fifty United States (excluding Alabama, Indiana, Maryland, Maine, Vermont and West Virginia) and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one years old at the time of entry.

Each entrant is limited to receiving one entry into the KEYSTONE drawing pool per day, and, if he/she entered with either “IDAHO”, “ILLINOIS”, “IOWA”, or “WASHINGTON” as the Keyword, one additional entry into the Keyword-specific drawing pool per day.
