(1) Winner will receive Invisalign treatment, with an Invisalign provider chosen at Sponsor’s sole discretion, with an ARV of up to $4,875.

(5) Winners will receive Ireland Boys Productions signed merchandise, with an ARV of up to $25.

ARV of total combined prizes is up to $5,000.
