There will be a total of two hundred (200) Grand Prize Winners selected. Each grand prize consists of: One (1) Branded Emergency Chocolate Pouch; arv. $3.05 and four (4) 3 oz. chocolate bars; arv. $5.00 per bar. Each prize has an approximate retail value of $23.05; total approximate retail value of all prizes is $4,610.00.

Open to anyone who is at least eighteen (18) years of age and has reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of opt-in (19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi), excluding residents of the State of Rhode Island and live within the continental United States and has a valid email address and physical mailing address within the United States.

There is a limit of one (1) entry per person for the entire promotion.
