ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE is available, consisting of: (i) a trip for the winner of the Grand Prize and up to one (1) guest which includes only the following:

TICKETS: 2 tickets to iHeartRadio’s Jingle Ball 2019 in New York City, held on December 13, 2019.

ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE: Roundtrip, coach-class air transportation for Prize Winner, as defined herein, and up to one (1) guest from a United States gateway airport closest to the Prize Winner’s home (as determined by Sponsor or the person/entity arranging travel for Sponsor in its sole discretion) to New York City, New York.

HOTEL: Two (2) nights hotel accommodations in a quad-occupancy room at the hotel of the Sponsor’s choice in New York City, New York.

Total Grand Prize Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $3,500.00.

Open only to individuals who, at the time of entry, are at least thirteen (13) years old and are legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia), except that the Promotion is void and not available to residents of Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and other U.S. territories and possessions, overseas military installations and where prohibited by law.
