There will be forty (40) prizes awarded (“Prizes”, each a “Prize”). Each Winner will receive one (1) Prize consisting of: a one hundred dollar ($100) Amazon.com Gift Card. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of Prize is one hundred dollars ($100).

ERV of all Prizes is four thousand dollars ($4,000).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
