Winner will be awarded the following prize package (collectively the “Prize”): (i) roundtrip coach class air transportation for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) (departing airport to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion), (ii) hotel accommodations for Winner and Guest at the W Costa Rica for four days (standard hotel room, double occupancy), and (iii) select Cynthia Bailey branded merchandise (exact merchandise to be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion).

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each Prize is $4,200.00.
