ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A three (3) day/two (2) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (together, the “Attendees”) to attend Jubal’s 7th Annual Birthday Bash in Las Vegas (the “Birthday Bash”) and see OPIUM at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada (the “Concert”) (together, the “Event”) July 19-21, 2019 (Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $2,000.00). The trip includes:

Round trip coach air transportation for the Attendees from the major airport nearest the Winner’s residence to the major airport nearest Las Vegas, Nevada (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion);

Two (2) nights standard hotel accommodations in the Palace Tower at Caesars Palace (single room/double occupancy/room and tax only);

Two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Concert (seating as determined by Hotel Provider in its sole discretion);

Two (2) tickets for the Attendees to the Birthday Bash (seating s determined by Ticket Provider in its sole discretion).

The total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $2,000.00.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry.

Entries limited to one (1) entry per person per day (each a “Regular Entry”) during the Promotion Entry Period.
