To enter without creating a Qualified Registry, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address, and date of birth on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it in an envelope with proper postage to Macy’s Wedding Registry “Kate Spade New York” Sweepstakes, c/o Macy’s Wedding Registry, 112 W 34th Street, 7th Floor, New York, NY 10120. You will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.
