There will be one (1) prize awarded (the “Prize”) to the Winner. The Prize consists of a two (2) night trip for Winner to New York, New York, or such other location as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (the “Trip”) including, without limitation, the following: (a) round trip coach airfare for Winner from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s residence (as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to New York, New York, or such other location as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (Estimated Retail Value [“ERV”] of airfare is Eight Hundred U.S. Dollars [USD $800]); (b) hotel room accommodations (as selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion) for Winner in the New York, New York area, or such other location as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, in one (1) standard room for two (2) nights (ERV of hotel room accommodations is Six Hundred U.S. Dollars [USD $600]); and (c) an in-person meeting with Jim Jarmusch (the director of the motion picture entitled “The Dead Don’t Die”).

ERV of Prize is One Thousand Four Hundred U.S. Dollars (USD $1,400).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and older than the age of majority in their state of residence as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
