The Grand Prize winner will receive two (2) box seat tickets for winner and one (1) guest for the New York Yankees home game played on August 16, 2019; dinner for winner and his/her guest at NYY Steak prior to the game on August 16, 2019, with one (1) New York Yankees alumnus player determined by Pennington at its sole discretion ; a visit from one (1) Pennington lawn expert determined by Pennington at its sole discretion to winner’s home on a date determined by Pennington at its sole discretion to offer advice on lawncare for winner’s lawn; the opportunity for winner and his/her guest to participate in an event on August 16, 2019, at the ballpark prior to the game where winner and guest will learn how the grounds crew maintains the field; one (1) twenty (20) pound bag of Pennington® Smart Seed® Sun & Shade; and one (1) thirty-five (35) pound bag of Pennington One Step Complete® Sun & Shade (collectively, the “Grand Prize”). Open to legal U.S. residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years of age, such legal age of majority) as of March 1, 2019, and have not won the grand prize in any previous Pennington Lawn Takeover contests.
