The following prize (each a “Prize”) will be awarded to each of the four entrants who are determined the Prize Winners by Sponsor: (a) (i) a one year Shipt membership (a $100 retail value) and a fifteen dollar ($15) shopping credit if the Prize winner is a new, rather than existing customer, of Shipt or (ii) a $100 Shipt shopping credit if the Prize winner is an existing customer of Shipt; and (b) one thousand dollars ($1,000) retail value of Ashley HomeStore product to be selected online or in-store (product must be selected by August 31, 2019). Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Prize ranges between one thousand one hundred ($1,100) and one thousand one hundred fifteen dollars ($1,115) depending on whether the entrant selected is an existing or new customer of Shipt.

Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) continental United States and the District of Columbia, who are of at least 18 years of age or older and of the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence as of the date of entry submission, who are located in the “Entry Radius” as defined below as of May 20, 2019 and who are otherwise eligible in accordance with these Official Rules. Void in all other jurisdictions. The “Entry Radius” is the area within fifty (50) miles from a U.S. Ashley HomeStore as measured using Google Maps driving directions (least distance).
