There will be one (1) prize awarded (the “Prize”) to the Winner (“Winner”). The Prize consists of a four (4) night trip for Winner and one (1) guest (“Guest”) to London, England including, without limitation, the following: (a) round trip coach airfare for Winner and Guest from a major airport located within the United States near Winner’s residence (as selected in Sponsor’s and/or Prize Provider’s sole discretion) to London, England (Estimated Retail Value [“ERV”] of airfare is Two Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-Eight U.S. Dollars [USD $2,788]); (b) hotel room accommodations (as selected in Sponsor’s and/or Prize Provider’s sole discretion) for Winner and Guest in the London, England area in one (1) standard, double occupancy room for four (4) nights (ERV of hotel room accommodations is One Thousand Three Hundred Twenty U.S. Dollars [USD $1,320]); (c) roundtrip airport transfers for Winner and Guest in London, England between the airport and hotel accommodations (ERV of airport transfers is One Hundred Eighty-Five U.S. Dollars [USD $185]); and (d) two (2) tours (the “Tour”) for Winner and Guest which may include, without limitation, visits to and/or tours of Highclere Castle, Village of Bampton, Oxford, Windsor, Stonehenge and the Roman City of Bath, provided that all Tour elements and activities are subject to availability and change (as determined in Sponsor’s and/or Prize Provider’s sole discretion) (ERV of the Tour is Six Hundred Seven U.S. Dollars [USD $607]).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.
