ONE (1) PRIZE: A three (3) day / two (2) night trip for Winner and three (3) guests (individually, “Guest,” the Guests and Winner shall collectively be referred PAGE 6 to as the “Group”) to the Los Angeles, CA area (“City”), on Sponsorselected dates (“Trip”) to attend the ARDY’s on June 16, 2019 (“Event”) consisting of the following elements (“Prize”) for the Group: [1] hotel accommodations (one standard room/quad occupancy, including room tax) for two (2) nights; [2] up to four (4) tickets to the Event; [3] the opportunity to walk the red carpet; [4] the opportunity to attend the ARDYs official after party; [5] if Winner’s residence is located more than two hundred fifty (250) miles from the City, round-trip coach air transportation on a Sponsor selected carrier between a Sponsor-selected major metropolitan airport near Winner’s residence (“Airport of Origin”) and a Sponsor selected airport in or near the City, but if Winner’s residence is located two hundred fifty (250) miles or less from the City, round-trip ground transportation via a Sponsor-selected method between Winner’s residence and the hotel, and [6] airport/hotel transfers if air transportation is provided.

If the Prize is awarded to a non-resident of California, the Prize will also include an estimated cash amount of $271, which cash amount will be withheld to defray his/her payment of taxes payable as a result of winning the Prize. Total ARV for Prize: $3,600 (if Winner is a resident of California) or $3,871 (if Winner is not a resident of California).

Must be between the ages of six (6) and eighteen (18), inclusive (“Child”), or the Parent or grandparent of an eligible Child; be a legal resident of, and physically residing in one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia.
