One (1) Prize will be awarded consisting of:

• Two (2) round trip coach class airfare tickets for each Winner and his/her guest from a major gateway airport near the Winner’s home city (as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion) to a New York area airport, including ground transfer to and from each airport;

• Three (3) nights’ hotel accommodations in one (1) standard double occupancy room;

• Two (2) tickets to each of two (2) live theatrical productions (show selection subject to Sponsor’s sole discretion); and

• Two (2) tickets to the 2020 Tony Awards.

The Approximate Retail Value of the Prizes is $4,900.

Open only to legal residents of the contiguous 48 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old on the date of entry into this sweepstakes.
