Three (3) Grand Prize winners (“Grand Prize Winner”) will each receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil for the winner and one (1) guest. At Sponsor’s discretion, if Grand Prize Winner does not wish to travel to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, Grand Prize Winner may elect (subject to Sponsor’s agreement) to receive a four (4) day/three (3) night trip to a Fogo de Chão of Grand Prize Winner’s choice located in the United States, Puerto Rico, Mexico or Brazil for the winner and one (1) guest; provided that the total prize value may not exceed $6,000. The location designated by Grand Prize Winner may not be changed by Grand Prize Winner after designation; however Sponsor may change the location in its sole discretion. Trip includes: (a) round-trip economy class airfare from major gateway airport nearest Grand Prize Winner’s residence for Grand Prize Winner and up to one travel companion; (b) hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy); (c) one (1) $250 gift card (all gift card terms and conditions apply); (d) a guided tour of Rio de Janeiro if Grand Prize Winner elects to take the trip to Rio de Janeiro (if Grand Prize Winner elects to take the trip to a different location, a guided tour will not be included in the prize) and (e) dinner to include 2 full churrasco experiences, 2 desserts and 2 non-alcoholic beverages only (any additional charges, including but not limited to charges for alcoholic beverages, taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of Grand Prize Winner) at a Fogo de Chão restaurant located in Rio de Janeiro for Grand Prize Winner and up to one travel companion (if Grand Prize Winner elects to take the trip to a different location. The dinner may be arranged at a Fogo de Chao location in the elected city at Sponsor’s discretion.) Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $6,000.00.

Total ARV of all prizes $18,000.00.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are at least 21 years old as of date of entry.

Limit one (1) entry per day, with a maximum of five (5) entries per person during the Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry.

There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes.

Visit a Fogo de Chão location in an Eligible Jurisdiction during the Sweepstakes Period. For a complete list of locations, visit http://fogo.com/locations/. When dining at the restaurant, you will receive a unique code (“Code”) found on the red/green coaster provided by the server. Every person at your table who is 21 years or older will receive a Code. Go to fogo.com/win and enter your Code. Entry of a Code will constitute one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. You must enter your Code before the end of the Sweepstakes Period in order to be eligible to win a prize.

Mail a postcard with proper postage to Beacon Advertising, 411 N. Akard Street, Ste 160, Dallas, TX 75201. Attention: Brazil by Fogo. The postcard must contain your first and last name, mailing address, email address and phone number. Each completed postcard constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
