One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded, consisting of: (a) round trip coach air transportation for two (2) to Pensacola, FL (the "Destination"), from a major commercial airport in the continental United States, nearest to winner’s primary residence, provided that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute ground transportation for air transportation if winner resides within 150 miles of the Destination; (b) one (1) hotel accommodation for five (5) nights in or near Gulf Shores, AL (one double occupancy room and room tax only) checking in on May 15, 2019 and checking out on May 20, 2019; (c) two (2) 3-day passes to the Hangout Music Festival on May 16 – May 19, 2019 (each, and collectively, the “Event(s)”); and (d) vouchers for a Hertz® car rental (worth up to $300) to cover ground transportation between the airport, hotel and the festival.
