The “Grand Prize” consists of one full day of fishing for the confirmed winner and a guest of his/her choosing with a professional angler (subject to availability) on a mutually agreed upon date (by all parties) between June 1, 2019 and October 1, 2019 at a location in one of the 50 U.S. as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion based on the geographical location of the confirmed winner’s residence (the “Fishing Excursion”), $500 in Shell ROTELLA branded merchandise, and a $1,000 Visa® Reward Card which can be used towards transportation to/from the confirmed winner’s residence and the fishing location, travel-related expenses, lodging, or miscellaneous expenses and/or incidentals, including any desired or necessary travel documents, insurance, and fishing licensing.

The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $2,500.00 USD.

Open only to individuals who are legal residents of and currently residing in the United States of America (including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico) (the “U.S.”) and at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry (or the legal age of majority in their state of legal residence, whichever is older).
