Grand Prize does NOT include airfare, accommodations or any other expense associated with making use of the VIP passes, which are the sole responsibility of the winner.

Open to legal residents of the fifty United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Rhode Island, all U.S. territories and possessions and overseas military installations) who are eighteen years of age.
