Grand Prize
In no event will more than (2) total Grand Prizes.
Any eligible participant that answers all Entry Period questions correctly during a single Entry Period, and when the total number of questions asked is no fewer than twenty questions, will win all or a portion of US $1,000,000 awarded in an annuity or lesser lump sum.
Alternatively, the Grand Prize Winner may elect a single lump sum payment of $600,000.

Open to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one of the forty-eight continental United States or the District of Columbia, and who are eighteen years of age or older (except in the case of legal residents of certain states where the legal age of majority is greater than eighteen years of age, such legal age of majority) at time of entry.

Entry Period Instant Win Prizing: For each question answered during an Entry Period by an eligible participant, without regard for whether the answer is correct, such eligible participant will receive one entry in an Instant Win animated drawings for the applicable Entry Period.

In the event of a single Entry Period Grand Prize Winner, the Grand Prize will be awarded as a forty year annuity with a payment of up to $25,000 per year over forty years for a total cash payout of up to $1,000,000, less withholding for income tax and other statutory requirements.

For each question participants must submit an answer before the timer (typically 30-45 seconds) expires at the bottom of the screen.

Contest: For each question correctly answered during an Entry Period by an eligible participant, such eligible participant will receive the points specified for the correctly answered question.
