There will be one (1) winner (“Winner”). The “Prize” includes:

Round-trip, economy-class flights for Winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) between a major airport nearest the Prize Winner's home within the U.S. and the cruise’s embarkation and debarkation ports. Flight route and provider will be at the choice of Windstar Cruises;

Round-trip ground transfers between airports and ports; One (1) night hotel accommodation for Winner and one (1) guest prior to embarkation date;

7 nights aboard the Wind Surf in a standard stateroom or other category selected by Windstar Cruises. Dates will depend on voyage and itinerary the Winner selects from the options provided herein below;

Stateroom accommodation based on double-occupancy for Winner and one (1) guest;

All onboard meals in all venues at all times, including room service menu;

All non-alcoholic beverages, including cappuccino, espresso, and other specialty non-alcoholic beverages;

Fully-equipped Watersports Platform and use of all water sports equipment (where available) on the ship, as provided by Windstar Cruises;

All cruise fees and port expenses;

A $500 L’OCCITANE gift card, valid only at participating L’OCCITANE boutiques within the United States;

Guided tour of L’OCCITANE Factory in Manosque as on-shore excursion when ship docks at Sanary-sur-Mer (or nearby port). Availability of tour subject to conditions of day. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel factory visit due to unfavorable circumstances including but not limited to weather delays.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize is $10,000.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are (i) U.S. citizens or legal U.S. residents able to show proof of legal residence and (ii) have reached the age of majority in their state of residence and are at least twenty-one years old as of the date of entry.
