Grand Prize: There will be one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. Grand Prize will consist of the following: one (1) trip for Grand Prize Winner and three (3) guests (“Guests,” each a “Guest”) to Las Vegas, Nevada (“Trip”).

Trip includes: round-trip, coach class air transportation from a major airport near the Grand Prize Winner's residence (airport to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion) for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests to a major commercial airport near Las Vegas, NV (“Airport”) (to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); one (1) standard, double occupancy hotel accomodations for Grand Prize Winner and Guests for two (2) nights (“Hotel”) (Hotel to be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion); admission for Grand Prize Winner and up to three (3) Guests to one (1) taping of the American Ninja Warrior Finale Episode scheduled to be filmed on June 15, 2019, June 16, 2019, June 17, 2019, June 18, 2019, and June 19, 2019 (“Event”) (Grand Prize Winner must select only one (1) day of filming to attend); non-exclusive ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests to and from Airport and Hotel; non-exclusive ground transportation for Grand Prize Winner and Guests to and from Hotel and Event. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of the Grand Prize is three thousand five hundred dollars ($3,500.00).

Weekly Prizes: There will be nine (9) weekly prizes (“Weekly Prizes,” each a “Weekly Prize”) awarded; one (1) Weekly Prize will be awarded to each Weekly Winner. Each Weekly Prize will consist of one (1) American Ninja Warrior Junior Pack which will include the following branded items: one (1) water bottle, one (1) drawstring back pack, one (1) set of stickers, one (1) set of temporary tattoos, one (1) pack of napkins, one (1) poster and one (1) pack of paper plates. Estimated Retail Value (“ERV”) of each Weekly Prize is thirty dollars ($30.00). ERV of all Weekly Prizes is two hundred seventy dollars ($270.00).

ERV of all Prizes is three thousand seven hundred seventy dollars ($3,770.00).

Open only to permanent, legal United States residents who are physically residing in one (1) of the forty-eight (48) continental United States or the District of Columbia (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the Virgin Islands and other United States territories), and who are thirteen (13) years of age or older as of the start of the Sweepstakes Period.

You may enter one (1) time per Weekly Drawing Period during the Sweepstakes Period, and may receive an additional three (3) Bonus Entries, for a total of four (4) Entries.

TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes during the Sweepstakes Period, watch American Ninja Warrior Junior on Universal Kids on the following dates: December 22, 2018; December 29, 2018;January 5, 2019; January 12, 2019; January 19, 2019; February 2, 2019; February 9, 2019; and, February 16, 2019 (collectively, the “Episodes”). A special code word will appear each week (the “Weekly Code Word”) within the first ten (10) to fifteen (15) minutes of each of the Episodes.
