Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for four people (2 adults, 2 children between the ages 2-12) consisting of the following: five days/four nights hotel accommodations (1 room, double
occupancy) at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, four coach airline tickets, each capped at $500, all meals, drinks, gratuities, taxes related to accommodations, non-motorized water sports and
entertainment. Approximate retail value of each Grand Prize: $4,000 USD.

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of
Columbia who are at least eighteen years old and legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in the province/territory in which they reside at the time of entry.

Each entrant is eligible to submit one entry during the Promotion Period.
