Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) to see Artist perform in Los Angeles, California (the “Destination City”), consisting of: (i) if the winner’s residence is more than two hundred (200) miles outside of the Destination City, then the prize will include round-trip economy airfare (the “Flight”) for the winner and his/her guest, leaving together from the same gateway from a U.S. airport within fifty (50) miles of winner’s home to an airport within fifty (50) miles of the Destination City; (ii) if the winner’s residence is less than two hundred (200) miles outside of the Destination City, the Flight will not form part of the prize and Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will arrange for ground transportation for the winner and the guest between the winner’s residence and the Destination City (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value for items (i) or (ii): $1,750); (iii) two (2) nights of hotel accommodation in the Destination City at a hotel to be selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion for the winner and his/her guest based on double occupancy (Approximate Retail Value: $750); and (iv) two (2) tickets to Artist’s ‘Whole Lotta Woman’ Club Pit for her show at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on January 26, 2019 (Approximate Retail Value: $800) (Total Approximate Maximum Retail Value: $3,300).

Runner-Up Prizes: Three (3) runner-up winners will each receive a prize package consisting of one (1) Meaning of Life CD, one (1) Love So Soft hoodie, one (1) Meaning of Life t-shirt and one (1) tote (Total Approximate Retail Value: $99).

Offered only in the United States to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Puerto Rico, who at the time of entry: (a) are at least twenty-one (21) years old; (b) have online access; and (c) have a valid email address.
