One (1) winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”) during the premiere of each Premiere Film will receive One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).

One (1) winner (the “Second Place Winner”) during the premiere of each Premiere Film will receive a Five Hundred Dollar ($500.00) gift certificate to James Avery.

The total estimated retail value of all prizes is Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($4,500.00).

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of Entry.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person during the applicable Promotion Period.

How To Enter: The UP TV CHRISTMAS PREMIERE MOVIES WATCH & WIN GIVEAWAY (the “Promotion”) shall run as follows (all times are eastern):

Christmas With a Prince – From 7:00pm on Sunday, December 9th through 9:00am on Wednesday, December 12th

Christmas on Holly Lane – From 7:00pm on Sunday, December 16th through 9:00am on Wednesday, December 19th

Hometown Holiday – From 7:00pm on Sunday, December 23rd through 9:00am on Wednesday, December 26th

Collectively, each of the above time periods is referred to as a “Promotion Period.” UP TV shall be the timekeeper with respect to each Promotion Period.

This Promotion includes a “Watch and Win” sweepstakes. During the premiere of each UP Christmas Premiere Film (each, a “Premiere Film”), a promotional announcement will air featuring a key word.
