GRAND PRIZES (five (5) will be available to be awarded): Each Grand Prize shall consist of the following: A trip (“Trip”) during the dates of February 23-25, 2019 for the Grand Prize Winner and one (1) eligible travel companion (“Travel Companion”) to Los Angeles, CA (“LA”) and a space in the bleachers for the Red Carpet portion only (“Event”) prior to the Academy Awards®. Note: the prize specifically does not include admission to the Academy Awards show or the Dolby Theatre. The Trip includes the following: (i) round-trip (“R/T”) economy class air transportation for two (2) from a major U.S. gateway airport within the Eligibility Area near the Grand Prize Winner's residence (as determined by Sponsors) to LA, (ii) R/T ground transfers between airport and hotel in LA, (iii) two (2) consecutive nights’ accommodations for two (2) in one (1) single standard guest room (double occupancy, room and tax only) at a LA-area hotel (“Hotel”) selected at the sole discretion of Sponsors, and (iv) admission for two (2) to the bleachers seating outside the Academy Awards. All specific elements of the Grand Prize are at the sole discretion of the Sponsors or their designee(s). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is approximately $2,500 each.

The total ARV of all prizes available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is $12,500.

OPEN ONLY TO (1) LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE FOLLOWING STATES OF THE UNITED STATES: ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, COLORADO, CONNECTICUT, FLORIDA, GEORGIA, ILLINOIS, INDIANA, IOWA, KANSAS, KENTUCKY, LOUISIANA, MASSACHUSETTS, MARYLAND, MICHIGAN, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, NEBRASKA, NEVADA, NEW JERSEY, NEW YORK, NORTH CAROLINA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, PENNSYLVANIA, TENNESSEE, TEXAS, VIRGINIA, WASHINGTON AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (COLLECTIVELY, THE “ELIGIBILITY AREA”), (2) WHO ARE TWENTY-ONE (21) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT TIME OF ENTRY AND (3) AN AMC STUBS MEMBER (EXCLUDING A-LIST MEMBERS) WITH AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT WHICH IS IN GOOD STANDING AS PER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AMC STUBS PROGRAM AS OF OCTOBER 31,2018.

LIMIT OF ONLY ONE (1) ENTRY PER PERSON PER DAY WILL BE ALLOWED IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES REGARDLESS OF THE METHOD(S) OF ENTRY.

During the Automatic Entry Period, AMC Stubs Members (excluding A-List Members) will automatically receive one (1) entry into this Sweepstakes ("Automatic Entry") specifically when a purchase is made of one (1) or more tickets good for admission to the Dolby Cinema at AMC auditorium at a Participating AMC Theatre (see rules)

HOW TO ENTER SWEEPSTAKES FOR FREE BY MAIL: To enter the Sweepstakes for free by mail without a Qualifying Purchase, an Eligible Person (excluding A-List Members) must hand print their first and last name, street address (no post office boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime telephone number, month and year of birth, AMC Stubs Premiere or Insider membership number and (if applicable) email address on a postcard only and mail the completed postcard entry to: “2019 DOLBY CINEMA AT AMC RED CARPET” SWEEPSTAKES, 22287 Mulholland Hwy, #396, Calabasas, CA 91302 (“Mail-in Entry”). ALL MAIL-IN ENTRIES MUST BE POSTMARKED BY DECEMBER 29, 2018 AND RECEIVED BY 5 pm PT JANUARY 4, 2019. All entries must correspond to a valid, active AMC Stubs Member account.
