NATIONAL GRAND PRIZE (1): A trip for winner and one (1) guest to Los Angeles, CA. Trip consists of round-trip coach class air transportation from a major U.S. gateway airport near winner's residence to Los Angeles, CA, four (4) days and three (3) nights standard hotel accommodations (one (1) room, double occupancy), ground transportation to/from airport and hotel, ground transportation to/from hotel and recording studio, a minimum of four (4) hours and up to a maximum of eight (8) hours of studio time for winner to record "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town" at a Sponsor-selected recording studio in the Los Angeles, CA area (studio time to include pre-production, post-production, a staff engineer, equipment rental (if applicable) and materials), an onsite vocal coach and producer to assist during the entire length of the aforementioned recording session, mastering, album jacket art (4/4), album label art (1/1), publishing clearances for the recording, the production of twenty (20) 7" acetate records of the recording for winner's personal use, and a $1,000 World Market Gift Card for winner only. ARV of Grand Prize: $14,550.00.
RUNNER-UP PRIZES (3): A $500 World Market Gift Card. ARV of each Runner-Up Prize: $500.00.
THIRD PRIZES (6): A $100 World Market Gift Card. ARV of each Third Prize: $100.00.
LOCAL PRIZES (60) (One (1) awarded per participating store location): A $500 World Market Gift Card. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Local Prize: $500.00.
Total ARV of all prizes: $46,650.00.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.

HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period, there are two (2) ways to enter the Promotion:
1. Promotion Website: Visit www.worldmarketwin.com and follow the instructions to record a video of yourself singing the song "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town". You may sing the song (i) using your own original musical accompaniment; (ii) using the instrumental soundtrack provided on the website; or (iii) a cappella without instrumentals. Then, complete the provided registration form, upload your video and submit to enter. Entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on 12/8/18 to be considered. If entering the Promotion via a smartphone device, you must have a data service plan for your smartphone device with your service provider. Standard data rates may apply. See your smartphone device provider for pricing plan details and capabilities. OR
2. Participating Store Location: Visit a participating Cost Plus World Market store location during regular business hours and locate a Promotion kiosk where you may follow the instructions to record a video of yourself singing the song "Santa Claus is Comin' to Town" using the instrumental soundtrack provided at the kiosk. Then, complete the provided registration form, upload your video and submit to enter. A list of participating Cost Plus World Market store locations can be found at www.worldmarketwin.com/stores. Entries must be received by the close of regular business hours of participating Cost Plus World Market store locations on 12/8/18 to be considered.
Only one (1) individual may appear and perform in the video submission. Videos must be no longer than one minute and forty five seconds (1:45) in length. Videos submitted via entry method 1 must be no larger than 200 MB in size.
