Offered only in the fifty United States. Void outside of the 50 United States, in the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law. All individuals who are legal U.S. residents and 13 years of age or older in their jurisdiction of residence at time of entry are eligible to enter.
