Open to legal residents of the 48 continental United States (excluding Rhode Island) and the District of Columbia. Entrants for the Prize must be 21 years of age or older at time of entry and must (1) be licensed to drive the prize vehicle; and (2) willing and able to insure the prize vehicle.
