Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize, consisting of the following prize elements, will be awarded (“Grand Prize”):

• $500 gift card to The Grove;;

• Free valet parking at The Grove for one (1) day;;

• Two (2) VIP tickets to the Program;;

• Two (2) passes or credentials providing access to the Red Carpet Fan Pit prior to the Program;;

• Two (2) passes or credentials to the official party hosted by Producer immediately following the Program;;

• Uber code for complimentary transportation for two (2) on the Program Date, up to $100;;

• Two (2) round-­trip, coach-­class airline tickets to Los Angeles, CA, from the major airport nearest to Winner’s residence on an airline selected by Producer in its sole discretion and on dates and times determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (which may include plane changes and stops);;

• Two (2) nights’ accommodations (standard rooms, double occupancy) at a hotel to be selected by Producer in its sole discretion (room and tax only);; and

• Reservation and $200 gift card for dinner at 189 by Dominique Ansel at The Grove or another restaurant to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion;;

Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is Four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-­Four Dollars ($4,324).

Open to legal residents of the United States of America who are at least twenty-­one (21) years old at the time of entry.

Participants may submit one (1) entry at any time during the Entry Period.
