Grand Prize: One (1) grand prize of one million Sonesta Travel Pass points (the “Grand Prize”) will be awarded to the grand prize winner (the “Grand Prize Winner”). No more than the value outlined above will be awarded to the Grand Prize Winner. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $6,000.

First Prizes: Two (2) first prizes of five hundred thousand Sonesta Travel Pass points (each a “First Prize”) will be awarded to each first prize winner (the “First Prize Winner”). No more than the value outlined above will be awarded to the First Prize Winner. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each First Prize is $3,000.

The total ARV of all prizes to be awarded in the Sweepstakes is: $12,000.

Open to legal U.S. residents residing in the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older or the age of majority in his/her state of residence at the time of entry.
